Jeremy Lin's Defense Too Gaping ★ Did This Reporter Even Watched The Games?
Jeremy Lin's Defense Too Gaping ★ Did This Reporter Even Watched The Games? An article in New York Post about the, New York Knicks looking for a Point Guard, described Jeremy Lin's defense as TOO GAPING!
Honestly, the guy who wrote this freaking long article or story never watched a single game of Jeremy Lin playing with the Hornets.
This guy is a freaking joke and he gets paid to write a freaking joke of an article. I'm just a simple basketball fan and even I can see how good Jeremy Lin defended in the last season.
In fact, there were a lot of times where Coach Clifford would only put Jeremy Lin back on the court just to play defense and that, obviously, hurt his scoring.
I'm not a basketball statistician so I'm not going to put up any kind of stats just to prove Jeremy Lin is a good defender because everyone who watched him play for the Charlotte Hornets know how good his defense was last season.
Besides, unlike offense, defense is something you can't really put a stat on. Yes, you can count the steals and the blocks but you can never count the intangibles in defending and stopping another player.
Seriously, they're just trying to paint this narrative that Jeremy Lin is lacking something and that's why they're not interested when, the truth is, Jeremy Lin will never consider going back to them.
So, for those who are still watching this video and have seen how Jeremy Lin played last season, is Jeremy Lin's defense gaping like what this article is saying? Share your thoughts as well as you comments, questions or reactions in the comments section below.
