A threat far more villainous and dangerous than the Joker ever was and his name was Bane.
The appearance of Bane forced Bruce Wayne to become the Batman once again but, because of his weakened condition, the Batman was no match against Bane. He was defeated and thrown down a pit where he was imprisoned for three months. He watched as Bane took control of Gotham City and turned it into chaos.
Bane used a nuclear device stolen from Wayne Industries to threaten the U. S. government. The threat of a nuclear explosion gave Bane all the power he needs to take control of Gotham City. Can Bruce Wayne recovers himself and escape the pit to become the Batman again or will everything ends in an apocalyptic event?
The Dark Knight Rises didn’t have a lot of action nor did it have stunning visual effects nor a lot of fancy gadgetry but it did successfully tell a story of how much can one man sacrifice to protect the people that he loves. In the end he sacrificed his life to save them but was it really the end for the Dark Knight?
