A few years ago, Quick Drop pages or Made-For-Dropping Pages (as I like to call them) made headlines within the Entrecard community. What are Quick Drop pages? Well, these are pages created within an Entrecard Member websites or blogs that contain only the Entrecard Widget. In most cases, the Entrecard Widget will only be found on these Quick Drop pages and will no appear anywhere else in the Entrecard Member Websites or Blogs.

Back then, Entrecard ruled against this practice and considered it cheating the system because the purpose of dropping is to discover new blogs or websites. The Entrecard Widget is not for farming Entrecard Credits but it seems that some Entrecard Member websites or blogs are doing this frowned upon practice once again. I’m not sure why some Entrecard Members would resort to this kind of practice though. Entrecard Credits are not really that hard to get anyway. Read the rest of this entry »
